Classification requires sorting members of a particular group into subgroups according to their common characteristics and determining which subgroup contains the most unusual member.

Classification Questions are often noticed in the Logical Reasoning section of several government exams. It tests your ability to assess the trait that three out of four letters/words/numbers have in common. The odd one out doesn’t have the same feature or characteristic. You have to find the common trait in the three possibilities out of the four offered.

What is Classification?

Classification entails assorting things of a given group based on a common quality they share and then spotting the odd one out. You will be given a collection of specific items, all but one of which are similar to each other in some way. You must identify the one item that doesn’t fit the specified group.
